Curiosity Bonus Promo card for any Fluxx

This is a New Rule that you can add into any Fluxx deck.

It says, "If you are playing this game in a public place and a stranger inquires about it, all players draw a card." When this card works as described, it's a real hoot!

This card was originally released in the year 2002, as the Borders Bonus on the occasion of Fluxx initially being carried by the Borders chain of book stores. Since then Looney Labs have decided to make a more generic version.
