A hundred years ago, one of the most luxorious ways to travel was by rail. In Europe, railroads such as the Orient Express competed to lure the wealthiest passengers with fine dining and plush sleeper cars. Neptune is our version of an early 20th Centruy luxury passenger car. Its Art Deco tin artwork evokes the decades when luxury train travel was at its height before increased competition from cars and first-class air travel started its slow decline.
